New Wave of Buyers from Central Asia and Caucasus Regions

Central Asia and the Caucasus regions have been steadily developing a higher interest in quality media in the last few years and now they’re are getting ready to acquire content. The business community in these regions understands the importance of developing business models based on trendy and quality content.
New participants of DISCOP Istanbul 2014 include distributors and TV channels from Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. They are interested in making new contacts and are confident in their future developments. Telecommunication company JSC SILKNET from Georgia is interested in acquiring packaged TV channels and finished programs. IBERIA TV also from Georgia is just beginning its broadcasting and it is also open to all content presented at DISCOP Istanbul.
DISCOP has been making a positive impact in the region attracting for the first time Kyrgyzstan delegates: a content distributor CONCLAV LLC and a TV network NBT from Kyrgyzstan thanks positive feedback from long time DISCOP partners from Kazakhstan. FIRST TV CHANNEL OF TAJIKISTAN is interested in acquiring series from Turkish, Indian and Ukrainian companies.
Participation from Central Asian and Caucasus media companies is consistently increasing at DISCOP ISTASNBUL year after year due to the extensive research and marketing campaigns designed to attract companies, multilingual staff and convenient infrastructure that DISCOP provides.
